Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Mercreations World website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mercreations World. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Custom orders require approval of design proofs before production begins.

Payment is required in full before order processing begins, except for approved credit accounts.

We accept M-Pesa, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers as forms of payment.

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.

Additional charges may apply for rush orders, special materials, or complex customizations.

Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy within 7-14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location and order complexity.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by us.

You must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mercreations World or its content suppliers.

You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted materials without our express written permission.

When you provide content for customization (photos, text, designs), you warrant that you have the right to use such content.

You grant us a license to use your provided content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.

We collect and use personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information as provided by applicable law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Mercreations World is keen on you as our customer feeling awesome and content about your purchase.

Custom and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

Standard (non-customized) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approved return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

If by chance you need to make a return, we will gladly accept any unworn and unused items in their original packaging within 48 hours of you receiving the items, in exchange for another product of the same value. We do not accept returns for intimate items, customized items, cakes and flowers.

Digital proofs must be approved by the customer before production; changes after approval may incur additional charges.

Please note: We cannot refund the shipping charges.

Mercreations World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages.

In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mercreations World from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service

• Your violation of these terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Content you provide for customization that infringes on third-party rights

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes.

Material changes will be highlighted or communicated through appropriate channels.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mercreations World regarding the service.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
